LCSD is sharing information for Lincoln County Public Health regarding Pfizer vaccination clinics for students age 12 and older. If you are interested in having your child vaccinated, please see the attached documentation for information regarding clinics.
Lincoln County Public Health is hosting a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Newport Middle School for Newport Area students aged 12 and older. The first dose clinic is on May 24 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm during the school day, the second dose clinic is on June 14. All students ages 12 – 14 must have parent/guardian consent to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, students. If you would like your child to receive the vaccine, please review and sign this consent form. NHS students will need to provide their own transportation to NMS.
