• Page 7, All athletes are required to attend all classes on the day of a competition, event, or practice .  If they do not attend all classes (without a doctor’s note) they shall be ineligible for that day’s activity.   A note from a medical provider clearing the student to participate is required for all medical, dental, orthodontic, chiropractic, physical therapy and vision appointments.
