Newport High School FAN invites you to the 11th Annual Community Spelling Bee on Sunday, October 23rd at 7:00 pm at the Hatfield Marine Science Center Gladys Valley Auditorium-Marine Studies Building. Teams of four are invited to compete in this fundraiser to support academics at NHS. NHS FAN! is Newport High School, Fund Academics Now! our Academic Booster group. FAN is dedicated to raising funds to support the academic needs of students and teachers at NHS. Teacher Mr. Hanna will act as the Word Pronouncer for the event. There are many ways to get involved-create a team, cheer your favorite team, bribe the judges or compete as an audience member.
